Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or inventory management., Hands-on experience with Shopify and understanding of product data structures., experience managing freight, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination., Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to create professional, scalable operational trackers and reports., quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets., Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools within operational workflows., Ability to build structured systems and improve operational processes., English communication skills (written and verbal)., Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Experience connecting data across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo., Familiarity with APIs, automations, or AI integrations., Experience building dashboards or centralized reporting systems., Previous experience in ecommerce or consumer product businesses., Experience with inventory forecasting and margin analysis.
