What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience in logistics management or civil engineering, 3+ years of experience working with Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) or Prepositioned Equipment, 2+ years of experience in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility, Experience allocating resources, providing capabilities to units, and planning and managing requirements, Experience leading and participating in working groups or planning groups, Knowledge of distribution management, materiel management, and contingency operations, Ability to create effective information papers, emails, reports, and briefings, and present products to stakeholders and decision‑makers, Secret clearance, Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience supporting military logistics operations, Experience with joint planning to support GCC initiatives, Experience with theater distribution plans and orders, specifically within Japan or the broader Western Pacific, Experience working on an operational or strategic‑level military staff, Experience working in joint, interagency, intergovernmental, or multinational environments, including coordination with Japan‑based U. S. and partner‑nation units, Knowledge of the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, Ability to use MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills, Top Secret clearance, Master’s degree
