Experience working with national and local carriers (e. g. , FedEx, UPS, USPS), Familiarity with shipping or logistics systems (e. g. , GlobalShip, TMS platforms), customer service skills in a high‑transaction, time‑sensitive environment, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions, Experience training peers or providing lead‑level support, attention to detail and organizational skills, Comfortable downloading, reviewing, and analyzing carrier reports

Maintain professional communication with customers

Manage relationships with carriers
Escalate shipping issues to management and customers
Troubleshoot logistics problems and develop solutions
Support pharmacy operations
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
Provide recommendations for improvements
Assist with investigations related to lost or missing packages
Audit packages prior to courier handoff
Coordinate ordering and distribution of return-to-sender packaging
Monitor inventory levels of shipping supplies
Complete monthly invoicing
Provide peer support to other locations or functional areas
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
