What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in logistics, warehousing, Inventory or Tech retail, 3-5 years’ experience leading a team in challenging environment whilst delivering results.
Nice to Have
Previous management experience working within Logistics or retail is advantageous, any experience in this will be advantageous!
What You'll Do.
Lead the IT Logistics operations team(s) on the delivery of day to day operations
accuracy and cost KPI’ s.
Take a hands on approach to work as well as co-ordinating and delegating tasks across the team.
Ensure exceptional performance levels on site across all areas of the operation including
but not restricted to
dispatch and returns.
Ensure the team undertakes all tasks efficiently and effectively.
Lead the team to ensure targets outlined by IT Logistics Business Plans are met
including delivery of KPI’s
values and people processes.
Support the IT Logistics teams to attract
retain and develop the necessary talent to continuously improve team performance and capability.
Play a key part on delivering best in class operations and share best practice internally with the EOS teams.
actively encourage and implement waste reduction initiatives.
