As a Logistics Executive, you will be working with our customers both internationally and domestically to ensure that the consignments are delivered in full on time, every time. You'll join a large logistics team of 25 people within a global organisation of 500. The logistics team provides a collaborative atmosphere, where you can continue to learn and specialise in logistics within a fast-paced environment, supported by people that are true specialists. This role is on-site at our HQ in Slinfold. This role is day shift 4 on 4 off, 7am - 7pm, full time permanent role. What you will be doing * Exceed customer expectations and meet requirements through the global shipping * You'll research and use the most economical and fast-paced methods of moving consignments globally * Decide the best method of shipping * Complete compliance documents * Negotiating the cost of shipping * Consider handling, labelling, and shipping dangerous goods * Collaborating with internal departments to achieve department and company goals, in particular, the warehouse to ensure that no interruptions happen in the customer journey Meeting set company goals* ## Requirements ## About you * Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills * Good communication and teamwork * Ability to manage tasks independently * Comfortable handling documentation and following processes * Motivated, reliable, and goal‑driven Desirable : * Experience in a fast‑paced or operational role * Familiarity with global teams * Background in logistics or supply chain ## Why join us? ### We are AJW.
