What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One (1) year or more experience transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
Nice to Have
Microsoft Office ; intermediate preferred, Knowledge/experience in transportation environment, (i. e.: Shipping, receiving and inventory management, distribution or dispatch. ) ; intermediate preferred, Knowledge of warehouse and or software applications, routing and dispatch software systems ; intermediate preferred, Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and all related safety regulations strongly ; intermediate preferred

Maintain and balance inbound/outbound WMS process

Create/maintain daily dock schedules
Communicate with carriers

Work closely with inventory department
Process Small Package in WMS
Maintain filing systems
Assist in supporting facility KPIs
Maintain Excel spreadsheets
Execute analysis and data preparation
