What You'll Achieve.
insure daily production needs are met; insure all items are addressed in a timely manner; consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance; accuracy and timeliness of data processing, reporting, analysis

resolve and problems with the day's orders
support the client after hours, such as nights, weekends and/or holidays via cell phone rotation and remote equipment, after hours support via cell phone and remote access as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One (1) year or more experience transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred
Nice to Have
Microsoft Office ; intermediate preferred, Knowledge/experience in transportation environment, (i. e.: Shipping, receiving and inventory management, distribution or dispatch. ) ; intermediate preferred, Knowledge of warehouse and or software applications, routing and dispatch software systems ; intermediate preferred, Understanding of DOT, OSHA, and all related safety regulations strongly ; intermediate preferred
What You'll Do.
Maintain and balance inbound/outbound WMS process
Provide timely communications to departments
Support warehouse operation functions
Create/maintain daily dock schedules
Communicate with carriers
Interact with customer
Work closely with inventory department
Process Small Package in WMS
Maintain filing systems
Assist in supporting facility KPIs
Maintain Excel spreadsheets
Execute analysis and data preparation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide timely communications to other departments and leadership personnel; Support all other warehouse operation functions and personnel as assigned; Interact with the customer; Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel
