What You'll Do.
Process merchandise timely
Process and prepare shipping/receiving paperwork
Enter paperwork into inventory system
Ensure safety procedures are followed
Provide excellent customer service
Liaise between warehouse and customer
Wave all orders for daily production
Wave and ship rush orders
Run inbound priority report
Backup inbound and yard dispatch
Supply customer with daily operational reports
Work closely with customer on product allocation
Assist on special reports
Train and develop staff on SAP
Troubleshoot system issues
Control diversion of containers
Analyze inventory for transfers
Back up customer allocation
Back up transportation management
Analyze space capability and volumes
Create and post transfer loads
Run inbound priority list
Ensure Ryder Yard Management System is up to date
Analyze fill rate and report outbound orders
