What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelors degree in logistics or similar field, Experience in sea or land transport and/or customer service, Fluency in Polish, solid written and spoken business English

What You'll Do.

Managing import documentation and verification

Daily follow-ups with stakeholders

Creating shipping tasks and populating status data

Coordinating shipments and data/documentation flow with exporters

Creating and updating Logistics SOPs

Monitoring of supplier performance against KPIs

Data gathering for EUDR and sustainability reporting

Ensuring required documents are available internally and comply with customs clearance needs

Providing required information to Sales

Supporting the documentation requirements for Sales

Working closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate reporting

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

cross-functional coordination; Supporting the Team Lead in creating and updating Logistics SOPs; Providing required information to Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams; Working closely with the Finance department; Team player, able to work well with others and in teams
