**Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. * Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers. * Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs documentation, and import/export paperwork. * Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders accordingly. * Assist in planning and optimizing logistics routes and schedules. * Track inventory movements and support warehouse operations. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies. * Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare reports as needed. * Resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination. * Good knowledge of shipping documentation and customs regulations. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. * Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics is a plus. **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Medical insurance coverage. * Social insurance. * Opportunity to work with expanding FMCG brands.
