About Remote World Remote World places South African professionals in remote positions with UK employers. You'll work from home on UK business hours (11:00–19:00 SAST) — no office, no commute, just great work with a UK team. The Role We're hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a UK-based business that relies on smooth, well-managed supply chain operations. In this role, you'll help coordinate shipments, track orders, liaise with carriers and suppliers, and make sure everything gets where it needs to go — on time and without fuss. This is a great opportunity if you have a background in logistics or supply chain support and enjoy keeping things moving. Key Responsibilities * Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries * Tracking orders and providing status updates to internal teams and customers * Liaising with freight carriers, suppliers, and customs agents * Maintaining accurate records of shipments, invoices, and documentation * Resolving delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues efficiently * Supporting reporting on logistics performance and KPIs What You'll Need * Experience in a logistics, supply chain, or freight coordination role * Familiarity with logistics platforms or ERP systems * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks * Clear communication skills for working with carriers and internal stakeholders * A reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup What's on Offer R18,000 per month | 100% remote | UK hours: 11:00–19:00 SAST | A stable, long-term contract with a UK employer in a fast-paced logistics environment.
