OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION The Logistics Coordinator manages the end-to-end movement of equipment for all Data Center projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective transportation from suppliers, contract manufacturers, and warehouses to customer sites. This role is central to maintaining installation and commissioning readiness, protecting project schedules, and ensuring compliance with export, import, and domestic freight requirements. You will work closely with Project Managers, Supply Chain, Procurement, Master Scheduling, suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure critical long-lead equipment arrives complete, compliant, and on time. Key Responsibilities Shipment Planning & Coordination Plan and coordinate shipments for PCS/inverters, MV switchgear, transformers, ATS, skids, BESS components, and balance-of-system materials. Align shipment dates with the Master Scheduler and Project Managers to ensure readiness for installation and commissioning. Confirm packaging, crating, labeling, and documentation requirements per project and vendor. Supplier & Carrier Management Coordinate pickups, transit arrangements, and delivery schedules with suppliers, 3PL partners, and freight carriers. Validate supplier packing lists, weights, dimensions, and Incoterms. Track and resolve shipment delays, damages, or documentation issues.
