Must Have
Minimum 4 years of higher education (Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent technical degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields, At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or inventory management roles, Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle systems, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, data analysis), Intermediate to advanced English (written and verbal), Experience working in cross-functional environments with high operational complexity, sense of urgency, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating logistics operations at a national level, Background in service logistics, repairs, or spare parts management, Experience interacting with customer-facing teams or key accounts

Coordinate logistics operations for customer equipment repairs
and report on equipment status and movement
Coordinate the movement of spare parts
Act as the primary point of contact
Work closely with field managers
Monitor logistics performance
Maintain accurate records
Ensure adherence to internal processes

Act as the primary point of contact between logistics, customers, field engineers, planners, procurement teams, and distribution centers; Work closely with field managers, transportation teams, and account owners
