Join our team and start your journey today! **Job Description:** The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and finished goods, and supporting efficient transportation and warehouse operations. In this role, you will work closely with carriers, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product flow and high service levels. **AS A LOGISTICS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:** * Schedule and track inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods shipments. * Communicate daily with carriers to confirm pickup and delivery appointments. * Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices). * Monitor freight costs and ensure proper billing and invoice accuracy. * Escalate and resolve delivery delays or service failures. * Coordinate dock schedules to prevent congestion. * Ensure accurate shipment quantities and documentation. * Assist with returns processing and claims management. * Work with Production and Materials teams to prioritize urgent shipments. * Communicate shipment status to Customer Service and Sales. * Support Procurement with inbound deliver
