****Job Description:**** Job Description Roles and Responsibilities overview : The FSTD logistics coordinator is the focal point for all the Flight simulator training devices (FSTD) logistics support related activities. He/She : ● Should have good experience in handling logistic operations & store management of hardware parts ; Experience with simulators/training devices is a plus ● Should have completed DG (dangerous goods) training and authorized to sign DG/NON DG certificate ● Should be able to autonomously support logistics operations by understanding the team’s requirements ● Be informed about the logistics flow; shipment & payment terms especially on custom payments ● Coordinate with the registered logistics vendors for the export & import operations o Monitor the Export control requirements for all the shipments coming in/ going out from the center ● Be responsible for the inventory store upkeep at the center ● This role requires to be actively interacting with the FSTD maintenance team, logistic vendors, procurement function at the center and finance: ● Contribute and optimize the existing logistic process at the center ● Manage logistics data using the tools available within the team ● Coordinate with the operational team to understand the requirements and for the efficient upkeep of the inventory ● Be informed on the Export control requirements ● He/she is contributing efficiently to continuous improvement : ● Initiate collaborative improvements with FSTD maintenance team to streamline and time the request ● To Setup the export control requirements within the logistics process This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. ********Company:******** Airbus India Training Centre Private Limited **Employment Type:** Permanent \------- **Experience Level:** Entry Level **Job Family:** Logistics By submitting your CV or applic
