What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or related field, 3-5 of experience in logistics, international trade, or client support with demonstrated execution ownership, Advanced working knowledge of logistics execution, Incoterms, and contract flows, analytical and problem‑solving skills
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Power BI, systems reporting experience, Knowledge of GCA/ESCC
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end execution of sales contracts
Serve as primary operational contact for clients
Proactively monitor execution milestones
Validate freight bookings
Anticipate execution risks
Ensure accuracy of execution documentation
Maintain accurate client profiles
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Review non-coffee service invoices
Validate client-side Letter of Credit requirements
Inventory reconciliation for assigned warehouses
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Trading, Risk, Finance, Warehouses, Forwarders; Manage multiple stakeholders effectively; Interpersonal and collaboration skills; Support and mentor Analysts and Assistants
