What You'll Do.

Prepare reports and performance summaries

Support management in administrative tasks

Support freight rate quotations

Support pricing proposals

Provide administrative assistance for rate documentation

Provide administrative assistance for contract filing

Maintain relationships with customers

Update sales databases

Monitor sales pipeline progress

Follow up on customer complaints

Coordinate with departments for resolution

Ensure timely communication between internal teams

Resolve operational issues

Support administrative tasks for sales orders

Support administrative tasks for shipment processing

Facilitate communication between Sales and Operations

Collaborate with Pricing teams

Collaborate with Legal teams

Collaborate with Finance teams

Support contract administration

Provide operational support for new business implementation

Provide operational support for cross-departmental projects

Assist in formatting sales materials

Assist in preparing sales materials

Assist in formatting proposals

Assist in preparing proposals

Assist in formatting presentations

Assist in preparing presentations

Support Excel-based data tasks

Perform P&L simulations

Perform profitability data entry

Compile data for margin analysis

Compile data for pricing evaluations

Conduct market research

Identify industry trends
