Our Logistics Associates play a critical role in ensuring our imaging centers have the equipment, supplies, and support they need to deliver exceptional patient care. From managing inventory to coordinating shipments and supporting new site openings, this role keeps our fast-growing network running smoothly. We are looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy being part of a team that directly supports patient care operations, this is where you belong. ## What You Bring Operational precision:You prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments with accuracy—verifying counts, weights, and documentation to ensure every delivery reaches the right destination safely and on time. Inventory ownership:You maintain organized, accurate inventory and storage areas, ensuring materials are accessible, protected, and ready to support ongoing operational needs. Logistics execution:You determine the most efficient shipping methods, prepare bills of lading, and ensure all shipments meet routing, quantity, and documentation requirements. Hands-on operations support:You assist with loading/unloading equipment, moving medical devices, and supporting warehouse and site operations—including opening new locations and clearing sites as needed. Equipment and safety awareness:You safely operate tools such as pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (when certified), while maintaining compliance with all safety protocols. Customer-focused mindset:You provide reliable, responsive support to internal teams—ensuring supplies and equipment are delivered accurately to mee
