We are committed to developing retail professionals who love retail and have the passion and ability to inspire exceptional service. **We are looking for a Logistics Associate to join our Store team. In this role you’ll be responsible for:** **Shipping and Receiving Merchandise** * Receive incoming merchandise from warehouse, vendors, and other stores * Follow quality control and receiving processes for all incoming goods * Prep product for placement on the sales floor in an organized and timely manner * Oversee outgoing merchandise shipments, including accuracy of all labels, packing slips etc. * Ship RTV’s to warehouse in a timely manner **Order Fulfillment** * Support with picking E-Commerce and IST orders, achieving targeted unit per hour pick rates * Reply to OMNI Customer service emails * Ship re-balancing request * Manage all in-transit, shipping, E-Commerce and IST documentation **Backroom & Merchandise Maintenance** * Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area * Maintain overall backroom standards, including merchandise/product maintenance * Support with sales floor maintenance, ensuring merchandise reflects brand standards **Logistics Operations** * Assist with seasonal inventory preparations and counts * Support with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Logistics Specialist * Support all logistics functions and aid with on-the-floor activities * Identify, report and troubleshoot common errors/discrepancies
