2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field, Understanding of shipping terminology and general logistics workflows from origin to destination, Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), organizational skills and attention to detail, Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or HubSpot is a plus, Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus

What You'll Do.

Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods

Prepare and organize shipping documentation

including commercial invoices

and bills of lading (BOLs)

Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries

Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalate potential shortages or discrepancies

Support reverse logistics and product return processes

Maintain accurate data flow between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Assist with month-end inventory and warehouse reconciliations

Support vendor coordination
