This role requires a self motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross functionality with our operations teams and carrier partners. This role will be directly responsible for ensuring various delivery KPIs are hit and staying out in front of potential issues to pivot and redirect movements as needed to ensure a successful customer delivery experience.
