Must Have

2–3 years of experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, procurement, or operational, Hands-on and proactive problem solver, Organizational and analytical skills, Detail-oriented, Comfortable following operational procedures, Communication and stakeholder management, Collaborative team player, Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, Fluency in English

Nice to Have

Background in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar, Experience managing suppliers, workshops, or logistics partners, Fluency in French

Coordinate fleet logistics operations

Support efficient movement of vehicles

Manage end-to-end operational processes

Support implementation of procedures

Maximize fleet availability

Ensure local depots maintain stock

Support local operations teams

Coordinate vehicle movements

and manage relationships

Monitor and optimize vehicle operating costs

Support regional expansion projects

Track operational KPIs
