Quick to solve issues and highly organized. **_Responsibilities_** * Work to resolve product held up by customs in various countries. * Work to establish strong working relationships with transport companies to ensure the best value for money and services. * Provide prompt quotes to various departments within Rebound Electronics for shipping/collections. * Working with our Reverse Logistics team to ensure the smooth movement of goods from Europe and the rest of the world. * Checking Shipping cost invoices and entry into our system * Work with our Quality Team & RE Compliance to ensure the prompt return of product that has been rejected, ensuring that all paperwork is produced. * Understanding of relevant import/export regulations, tariffs and duties and communicate internally/externally. * Work with the dispatch department to palletize/pack product ready for collection. * Work with our Goods Inwards team to identify incoming deliveries. * Assist warehouse for producing regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reports. * Assist warehouse for updating records/forms and filing those forms. * General admin/tasks as required. **_Required_** * A-level or degree qualified * At Least 1 year experience in freight and or outbound logistics * Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. * Effective commun
