## **Job Description** Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials, intermediate, and finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate receipt. * Manage handling of critical and regulated materials, including hazardous materials accordance with guidelines. * Ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as internal quality and EHS standards. * Execute tasks based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality system documentation. * Apply industry best practices for inventory management, material storage, reverse logistics, and medical device traceability. * Prioritize time-sensitive shipments and production orders, ensuring minimal disruption to supply chain operations. * Flexibility to support operations, including working overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as business needs dictate. * Utilize enterprise systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP ERP/MRP platforms, for inventory transactions and reporting. * Implement Lean principles and 5S methodologies to maintain organized, efficient, and safe workspaces. * Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) such as forklifts, and vertical order pickers in compliance with safety training and certification requirements. * Identify and recommend process improvements, deviations, or corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. * Crosstrain across departments, supporting Inventory Control, Factory Support, and other logistics functions as needed. * Demonstrate effective written communication skills, including composing professional emails and documenting operational activities. * Collaborate using digital communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams, for real-time messaging, file sharing, and team coordination. ## ## **Qualifications** * May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and ex
