In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication to meet both daily operational needs and long-term business goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, support sales efforts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers to understand their logistics requirements. * Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and implementation, to deliver comprehensive and effective logistics solutions. * Manage customer expectations and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. * Participate in the preparation and review of proposals, pricing, and rate analyses to support customer bids and ensure profitability. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project progress. * Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the logistics or transportation industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office S
