What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years’ experience in logistics and freight forwarding, Hands-on experience with customs clearance and international transportation processes, Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken), commitment to HSE standards and compliance with Oman regulations
Nice to Have
preferably within the Oil & Gas industry, Experience supporting industrial or operational sites is highly preferred, Middle East experience is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarding activities (air
Support daily logistics operations between suppliers
Liaise with freight forwarders
Ensure timely delivery of materials and proactive resolution of logistics issues
Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation including invoices
Monitor shipment tracking
and reporting activities
Support customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with local regulations
Promote and ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe logistics practices
Participate in logistics cost control and optimization initiatives

Coordinate closely with operational, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams
