Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind., Ability to work weekends and holidays., Ability to perform heavy lifting and/or exerting up to 70 pounds of force occasionally and lesser weights more often., Ability to lift above shoulder level., Ability to use hands for grasping and manipulating for long periods of time., Ability to climb stairs, ladders., Ability to withstand noise, such as from equipment/machinery., Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record is required.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, at least 2 years in a supervisory role, knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety), innate ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team, Proficient in Microsoft Office, maintenance management software (e.g., HotSOS, Building Engines), excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking and time management skills, available for on-call emergencies, nights, weekends, or holidays when required, Use of tools and equipment across trades. Hand and power tools, electrical meter, saws, etc., Must be able to work outside for long periods of time in various weather conditions, i.e., rain, snow, wind., Ability to work weekends and holidays., Ability to perform heavy lifting and/or exerting up to 70 pounds of force occasionally and lesser weights more often., Ability to lift above shoulder level., Ability to use hands for grasping and manipulating for long periods of time., Ability to climb stairs, ladders., Ability to withstand noise, such as from equipment/machinery., Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record is required.

What You'll Do.

and supervise the lodging maintenance team
Ensure all maintenance staff follow safety protocols and company policies
Conduct regular performance evaluations
provide coaching and development
Manage operations of all building systems including HVAC
Coordinating and working with contractors as needed
Prioritize and delegate work orders to team members
monitor progress and completion
Oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms
Develop and manage the department budget
and capital expenditures
Maintain proper inventory of parts
and order materials as needed
Work with vendors and contractors on repairs
Ensure compliance with local
and federal building codes and safety regulations
Maintain records for inspections
and safety compliance
Conduct regular property inspections and safety implement corrective actions
