Must Have
Must be 21 years old with a clean driving record
Nice to Have
Previous guest service experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage all receptionist and clerical tasks at our lodging building
Deliver exceptional guest service
Handle arrivals and departures
assisting with guest accounting
Answer inbound and in-house phone calls
and assist with interdepartmental inquiries
Respond promptly to guest requests
and general inquiries via email
Log maintenance requests and follow up on their completion
assisting when necessary
Prepare daily reports
and departure reports
Maintain lobby coffee service
Assist in mailroom operations
Perform light housekeeping to keep the lobby and back areas clean
Provide bell service and valet assistance to guests as needed
