We’re looking for a Localization Testing Manager to join our Globalization team and lead localization testing across Oura’s products and programs. In this role, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end testing lifecycle for localized experiences across Product (App Features, Insights, App new languages), Membership Experience, E‑commerce, Marketing, and other surfaces. You will act as the single point of contact for localization testing across all Globalization programs. You will work closely with the Globalization team, QA team, engineering, and our external testing and LQA partners to ensure that every release meets our quality bar in all supported languages. This role focuses on localization testing for all content sources (human and AI generated) but does not own AI prompt design or AI workflow definition. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Senior Manager, Globalization. What you will do Manage localization testing Help define the overall strategy, test approach, and quality bar for localization testing across Product, MX, Marketing, and E‑commerce. Translate feature roadmaps into concrete testing plans by release, language set, and surface (app, web, email, help center, campaigns, etc.). Plan testing rounds with the rest of the Globalization team based on upcoming releases
