Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions
Managing the recovery process for logistics and production costs incurred due to supplier quality issues
Evaluating and approving supplier process changes
Ensuring compliance with product standards and production continuity
Planning and conducting on-site supplier audits according to the VDA 6. 3 standard
Evaluating production process capability and stability
Developing and optimizing incoming inspection processes
