Must Have
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record, Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and loading heavy items 50 lb +, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections and minor maintenance tasks
Nice to Have
Two years of commercial driving experience, knowledge of local streets and routes, Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, Comfortable working in various weather conditions, Steady working history
What You'll Do.
Operate trash trucks to collect garbage
Ensure safe and efficient loading of waste
Transport collected waste to disposal facilities
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Report mechanical issues promptly
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance
Adhere to all safety protocols
and federal regulations
Interact courteously with customers
Ensure waste collection services meet expectations
Maintain accurate records of daily routes
Complete and submit required documentation
