Monitor facility's CCTV
Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders
Manage incoming phone calls and alerts
Document incidents accurately
Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols
Provide support during emergencies
Utilize internal communications systems
Operate facility badging software
Provide security support for client projects and events
Administer client policies for controlling access
