Must Have
Minimum 2-3 years of previous customer service or hospitality-related experience, Proven ability to create experiences that go beyond expectations—you're a true people person, Flexibility and a positive attitude in managing shifting daily priorities, Excellent communicator with the ability to interact professionally through spoken and written fluency in English required, multitasking and prioritization skills while ensuring consistent, elevated guest experiences and accuracy, Working knowledge of a range of information technology tools and platforms
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook), Background in hospitality and customer service with a welcoming, friendly demeanor, Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to evolving workplace technologies
