To learn more, visit Knock.com Loan Servicing Specialist – Remote, anywhere in the US As a remote Loan Servicing Specialist, you’ll own the full lifecycle servicing of our Bridge Loan portfolio, from funding through payoff, while driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration across a fast-paced, remote-first team. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional borrower experience while maintaining compliance and managing risk. What you’ll do: As a Loan Servicing Specialist you will be responsible for performing all servicing-related functions for bridge and post-funding file management, including, but not limited to: Manage a high-volume loan portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for all servicing communication with borrowers from funding through payoff, providing the highest level of customer service, confidentiality and integrity Partner with title companies and borrowers to track act
