**Position** : Loan Processing & Client Liaison Specialist **Salary** : ₱60,000 – ₱75,000/month **Working Hours & Conditions**: Aligned with Australian hours; full-time - remote **OVERVIEW** : We are a growing Australian mortgage broking business looking for a skilled, motivated professional based in the Philippines to join our tight-knit team of three. This is a genuine career-building opportunity — not a general VA role. You will start by owning our loan lodgement and post-submission pipeline (currently managed by our loan processor), then progressively take on credit analysis and scenario assessment support (currently managed by our para-broker). Over time, the right person will become integral to our end-to-end deal flow. We are looking for someone with direct experience inside an Australian mortgage broker office. You must understand how home loan submissions work — not in theory, but in practice. **RESPONSIBILITIES** : * Phase 1 – Core Responsibilities (Loan Processing): * Application Lodgement & Management: * Data entry into Infynity / Metanoia and Apply Online * Prepare and manage electronic signing of all application forms * Submit completed loan applications to lenders * Chase clients for outstanding documents and ensure application completeness * Post-Submission & Progress Monitoring * Track all active applications and proactively monitor lender progress * Respond to MIRs (Missing Information Requests) — collect, compile, and submit to lenders * Keep clients informed throughout — application status, lender feedback, next steps * Liaise with conveyancers/solicitors and lenders' settlements teams * Carry deals through to settlement * Deal with Post-Settlement Enquiries * Client Communication: * Handle inbound client enquiries professionally, with clear and warm English * Keep client interaction alive with timely outbound follow-ups * Support the director with callbacks to existing and prospective clients * Phase 2 – Expanded Responsibilities (Credit Support
