Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0 experience with bachelor's degree, 4 years related experience with high school diploma, Nationwide Multistate Licensing Systems (NMLS) licensing, Complete required 20 hours education for licensing, Meet all federal and state requirements to obtain mortgage originator license, Basic computer skills, Type at least 25 wpm, Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, Capability of gathering facts accurately, Analyze causes, Evaluate alternate solutions, Arrive at sound conclusions, Manage multiple and/or conflicting responsibilities, Great attention to detail, Organizational skills, Ability to work in a team environment
