What You'll Do.
Review of Data Subject Access Requests to ensure that they meet all regulatory obligations.
Collation of all data from various systems and file locations for Data Subject Access Requests
Review and redaction of data from files for Data Subject Access Requests in line with GDPR regulations
Performing QA on colleagues' output to align with the redaction process for Data Subject Access Requests where other team members perform this role
Performing QA on colleagues’ outputs to align with the four-eye process for manual lettering and system amendments where other team members perform this role.
Mailbox management across a variety of mailboxes
both internal and external.
Progress customer lettering requirement aligned to inbound/outbound post and email requests.
General loan administration such as issuing mortgage statements
redemption statements and updating profiles
Work within agreed metrics
for all operational and customer requirements
including meeting agreed targets and service level agreements
Consistently records incidents immediately on detection of errors and engages with Risk Partner / Risk Owner to resolve where required.
Displays awareness of the MCFID risk and control environment
engaging proactively with colleagues and management to identify and mitigate risk.
Ensure all company processes and procedures are carried out within appropriate timeframes.
