What You'll Do.
Perform day to day loan accounting
Process new loan fundings
Process loan re-pricings
Perform daily cash reconciliations
Liaise cash with external custodian
Liaise cash with fund administrator
Assist in development of term sheets
Assist in negotiation of leverage facilities
Ensure accuracy of cash reporting
Ensure accuracy of loan accounting
Prepare monthly invoices to borrowers
Prepare monthly invoices to lenders
Ensure prompt receipt of cash
Ensure prompt disbursement of cash
Calculate complex interest accruals
Track complex interest accruals
Calculate complex fee accruals
Track complex fee accruals
Perform book functions
Perform bill functions
Perform collect functions
Perform pay functions
Maintain accurate data
Provide accurate data internally
Provide accurate data externally
Ensure assets are reported timely
Ensure liabilities are reported timely
Ensure cash accounting is reported timely
Monitor cash flow forecasting
Report on cash flow forecasting
Perform scenario analysis
Perform risk analysis
Process accounts payable duties
Ensure timely payment of expenses
Fulfill requests of external auditors
