What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of related experience in Consumer Lending Sales or similar field, High school diploma required, Intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services, Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices, Intermediate computer skills including Encompass (LOS), Velocify (CRM) and MS Office products, Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
What You'll Do.
assisting clients in the loan application process
providing expert advice on loan products
ensuring seamless transactions from start to finish
analyze financial situations and determine the appropriate loan product to meet our client’s goals
Speak with borrowers to assess their loan requirements
Consult with clients on loan options that are best suited for their clearly present benefits and options
Be the go-to person for the borrower throughout the loan application process
Ensure a seamless and smooth process for the client by building a partnership with the operations team
Utilize technology to multitask and manage a large pipeline
Assist borrowers with purchase transactions by utilizing our nationwide realtor referral network
Maintain pre-established daily
and monthly KPI’s (Key performance indicators)
Assist with other tasks as requested by managers
