The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan. **_What you’ll do:_** * Investigate and resolve cash exceptions and payable/receivable items * Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management * Build relationships throughout the business to establish a peer network. * Resolve complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards. * Seek to improve operational procedures and controls within the group. Identify weakness, articulate these, and suggest solutions. * Support an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control) /services * Follow established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing activities that require investigation or research and makes recommendations to management to support process improvement ** _What we’ll need from you:_** * Advanced English Language skills both, written and spoken * 2 years of relevant professional experience * Basic understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services * Knowledge and/or previous experience with Loan IQ will be an advantage * Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and is
