What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-months continuous experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/ Construction/ Landscaping Environment, 6 months continuous work history in the past 2 years, Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and operate loading equipment safely
Nice to Have
additional education or training in logistics, transportation, or a related field
What You'll Do.
Coordinate loading and shipment of finished products
Operate loading equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products for quality
Communicate with truck drivers and carriers
Record shipping information accurately
Follow standard operating procedures
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on loading equipment
Assist with inventory management tasks
Collaborate with production
and customer service teams
Monitor and evaluate loadout operations for improvement
