Move aggregates to designated storage areas
Comply with health and safety procedures
Comply with company quality standards
Conduct visual inspections of equipment
Report equipment anomalies or maintenance needs

Schedule and Salary: * Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM * Starting wage: $26.20/h – increase to $26.85/h after 3 months * Night shift premium: $2.00/h Responsibilities: The Loader Operator is responsible for the continuous supply of raw materials required for production, while ensuring safe and efficient management of aggregates on site. Specifically, the role includes: * Supplying production lines with aggregates based on operational needs * Feeding silos and storage areas using heavy equipment * Loading trucks with defective products (scrap) for disposal or recycling * Transporting sand to the heated plate during the winter period * Performing snow removal operations during winter to maintain safe working conditions * Receiving aggregate trucks, directing them to the appropriate unloading areas, and ensuring smooth operations * Verifying the conformity of received aggregates and moving them to designated storage areas * Complying with health and safety procedures as well as company quality standards * Conducting visual inspections of equipment and reporting any anomalies or maintenance needs ## Qualifications Job Requirements * Recognized training in heavy equipment operation (loader) with a valid competency card * Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a loader operator * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and apply common sense * Strong focus on safety and professionalism Work En
