Eligibility Requirements

Must be willing to work outside for long periods of time in all seasons, Some tasks require working with chemicals, ex: Alcohol and/or paint thinners, Use of Personal Protection Equipment will be required (e. g. , hardhat, safety glasses, safety boots, ear protection, cut level 5 gloves etc.), Regularly works near moving parts, Requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands), Requires multi-limb coordination, Noise levels can fluctuate from quiet to loud, May work in tight spaces, Hazards associated with the industry, Climate controlled shop, Occasional exposure to heat, Manufacturing environment noise level, Dust, Working at all employees must always wear required PPE while working, Planning of activities, Making judgements in emergency situations, Frequent changes in duties, Frequent changes in volume of work, Occupational travel to offsite locations, 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM

Must Have

Nice to Have

Completion of high school or equivalent education plus additional education preferred, 2+ years previous experience, Loading and unloading experience, FLT certifications, crane certifications

What You'll Do.

Local delivery and execution of core loading

Perform employment related functions

Enhance employee engagement

Ensure employee compliance with Company policies

Operate a sit-down forklift

Operate industrial machinery

Rotate product into and out of buildings

Load and unload trucks

Check that loads are centered

Check that loads are properly loaded

Track manufacturing unit progress

Ensure timely load outs

Stay alert for changes

Communicate with supervisor

Ensure fulfillment in servicing buildings

Work outside for long periods

Prioritize company daily schedules

Prioritize company requirements

Work with other job families

Report timely movement of goods

Prioritization in accordance with company daily schedule

Occasional pallet building

Occasional stacking crates
