Must Have
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required, Minimum of two years of human resource experience focusing on leave processing or basic leave administration required, Ability to work onsite in Atlantic City for a minimum of 40 hours per week, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Nice to Have
Completion of specialized certification or training on FMLA/leave administration a plus, Extensive knowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws
What You'll Do.
Support and maintain leave of absence records
Communicate leave needs to employees
Handle FMLA leave administration process
Maintain communication with employees on leave
Advise on leave laws interaction
Oversee return-to-work process
Facilitate other leave requests
Administer company time-off programs
Draft revisions to company leave policies
Maintain records of leave requests
Preserve confidentiality of medical documentation
