What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement, Proven experience in signature assessment, verification engineering, or a related discipline, Proficiency in diagnostic equipment and signature verification methods, Relevant low observables design, integration, test, or maintenance experience, Active U. S. Top Secret Security Clearance, Ability to obtain Special Program Access (U. S. Only Citizenship required)
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related field, Previous experience leading engineering teams in a defense or aerospace environment, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organizational skills, Experience in creating specifications, procedures, and technical reports, Skills in data visualization and effective communication of results to diverse audiences, verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement, Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%)
What You'll Do.
Lead and mentor the SAV team
ensuring effective collaboration and performance
Develop and validate processes utilizing diagnostic equipment for signature verification
Conduct developmental testing
and troubleshooting for signature verification methods
Define and establish QA test criteria for all signature verification tests
Review work instructions for quality assurance and witness part conformance to standards
Oversee QA testing and acceptance processes
ensuring compliance with specifications
Track signature verification tests and maintain comprehensive signature data test records
Correlate and assess verification at system level to validate lower system level tests
Provide review dispositions for non-conformances and analyze trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions
Assist in the development of a signature assessment system
including software and methodologies
