What You'll Do.

Monitors and operates associated automated systems to retrieve and send informational data utilized within the department’s operation
Performs other related departmental duties
May assist the LNG Operator (1st Class) and LNG Operator (Master) in more specialized work

As operational needs dictates (~45 days/yr.), the position requires working a single person rotating shifts encompassing holidays and weekends. Outside of these operational needs, the schedule will be normal working hours, M-F. Additional functions include keeping up to date records required by DOT 193 and NFPA 59A (operating procedures and records, all security/hazard manuals, and personnel requirements). Works with high pressure gas, cryogenic liquids (-260 degrees), high temperature machinery, high electrical voltage (4160 volts), combustion chambers and at elevated heights.
