1 year of experience working in a commercial or military kitchen, Successful completion of training on the safe use of chemicals, understanding manufacturer product labels, and information contained in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) in accordance with (IAW) Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations Part 1910. 1200, Demonstrate the ability to prepare food that complies with DoD 1338. 10-M, Ability to clean food preparation areas according to MIL-STB-3006C, Ability to complete certification training IAW the TB Med 530-Tri Service Food Code
