Maintain system performance, scalability, stability, and compliance with standards, policies, and data quality requirements.; Enforce process standardization and monitor for accuracy; Provide timely user support in accordance with SLAs and resolve issues accurately on first attempt.; Maintain audit standards to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job., Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work., All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines., Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Data management expertise, Project management, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint), Analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and teamwork, Customer service mindset
Nice to Have
Instructional Technology, IT, Communications, Data AnalyticsBusiness Analytics preferred, 1–3 years of LMS experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Serve as the LMS subject matter expert for system functionality and configuration.
Maintain system performance
