What You'll Do.
Prepare customs forms for import
Prepare forms detailing custom duties
Prepare international manifests to ensure cargo release
Ensure full compliance of ramp activities with country
Ensure full compliance with FedEx rules
Interact with customs officials
Coordinate customs activities with internal staff
Contact customers to provide information
Inform customers about additional tax payments
Keep customs documentation organized and filed correctly
Perform classification and transfer of cargo to other
Process submission of flight information through customs computer
Track cases for different shipments
Manage inventory of loads in urgent shipping warehouses
Control of supplies and inventories
Support load-captain function
Perform other duties as assigned
