Full Job Description

## Responsibilities Own the end-to-end live selling strategy for Whatnot Plan, schedule, and execute live auctions and streams Build product lots and pricing strategies to maximize sell-through and margin Manage and develop live hosts to improve on-air performance and conversion Monitor live performance and adjust pricing, pacing, and product selection in real time Analyze post-stream results and optimize future auctions Partner with Merchandising to identify inventory opportunities for live selling Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth fulfillment and inventory flow Stay up to date on Whatnot trends, features, and best practices Build repeatable processes to scale Whatnot as a revenue channel ## Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in live selling, resale, auction-based platforms, or social commerce (Whatnot preferred) Strong understanding of Whatnot platform dynamics and live auction formats Experience managing live hosts or on-air talent Proven ability to drive revenue and sell-through in live or auction environments Strong instincts for pricing, urgency, and inventory movement Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and take ownership Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and making real-time decisions Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and optimize outcomes Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
